Hair appearance
The black hair had strands of reddish color mixed in. The grey was a dirty yellowish looking color. My beautician informed me the length was not a true 16”. I requested a partial refund and one pack of black to replace the grey hair I can’t use. The company only agreed to give me $30 back out of the $177 I spent on this hair. I’m still waiting for my $30 refund.
