QVR got off to slow start with on my first order. It took 6 weeks for it to be delivered. HOWEVER, they have more than compensated for that. They contacted me with and apology and they did not charge me for the purchase. Hair is soft, minimal shedding, very natural looking. Soft Deep Wave is a beautiful ringlet curl texture. I style with water w/ a little conditioner in a spray bottle. Sometimes a little mousse. I've already purchased my next bundles.
