Completely Disappointed

I first ended up waiting much longer than I was told it would take. Because I already had my hair appointment scheduled I ended up ordering hair from Amazon which I received in 2 days. The hair was perfect but I still need at least 2 more packs. I decided I would wait for this hair for the stylist to finish my braids. BIG MISTAKE. Once I received this hair it was nothing but scraps and pieces no to mention the wrong lengths! My stylist did the best she could to make the hair work but I’m sure we’ll have to redo some parts of it. Horrible horrible horrible!

Bulk kinky human hair in 12 inch

This is some nice hair. It's really soft and fluffy. The shipping was in a timely manner. The hair did have that unprocessed type smell to it. If you know you know. Nothing a good washing couldn't fix tho. The only con I had with this hair is that the 1st 2 bundles I used had so many small bits and it was extremely hard to pull apart to install. Although I did purchase the 12 inch, the smaller pieces of hair was short and clumped up. Which couldn't be used. As I got to the middle of the bundles it got better and longer. Overall the hair is definitely a 10/10. I would order again but hopefully this issue can be resolved for future purchases.

Received the incorrect order

I ordered 3 packs of 22 inches of the Kinky Bulk Human hair. However, I didn’t realize I’d received the incorrect order until I’d started using the hair. I received 5 packs of 18 inches. Other than that, the hair is lovely. It’s a bit dry, but overall, it’s good.
